Kuznetsov Embroidery – Design Terms and Conditions (Nov. 2025)
1. License and Usage Rights
All Designs are sold for personal and limited commercial use only. You may use the Designs to create finished physical products (e.g., embroidered clothing, hats, accessories) that you sell to your customers. You may not share, resell, trade, or give away the digital Design files, in whole or in part.
2. Prohibited Uses
You are not permitted to:
- Sell or distribute the digital embroidery files in any format.
- Upload the Design files to any website, social media, or marketplace for redistribution.
- Claim the Designs as your own or remove Kuznetsov Embroidery branding.
3. File Protection and Integrity
You are responsible for ensuring that the Designs are compatible with your embroidery machine and software. Kuznetsov Embroidery is not responsible for machine or software issues caused by improper use or modification of the Designs. Please ensure you have the correct file type. Message us directly for complications
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of embroidery files, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only offered in cases of proven file corruption or duplication errors.
5. Enforcement
Kuznetsov Embroidery reserves the right to refuse business to any individual or business found reselling, trading, or sharing Designs in violation of these terms.
