By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Quotes & Estimates All quotes provided are based on the information submitted through this form. Final pricing may vary depending on the final design, stitch count, item type, and material. 2. Design Files & Artwork Customers are responsible for providing accurate, high-quality artwork files. If design assistance or digitizing is required, additional fees will apply. Kuznetsov Digitizing & Embroidery reserves the right to decline reproducing copyrighted or trademarked designs without written permission. 3. Production & Turnaround Standard turnaround begins once final artwork and payments are approved. Garments that are being provided will need to be available as well. Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and may include an extra charge. 4. Approval Process A proof or sample will be provided before full production. Approval confirms that details (colors, placement, spelling, etc.) are correct. Once approved, Kuznetsov Digitizing & Embroidery is not liable for errors in approved designs. 5. Payment Terms Deposits may be required to begin production. Full Payment is due upon completion or prior to pick up/delivery unless otherwise arranged. 6. Cancellations & Refunds Orders canceled after production has started will be subject to charges for work completed. Custom embroidery is non-refundable once produced, except in cases of defect or error caused by Kuznetsov Embroidery. 7. Customer-Supplied Items While all care is taken, Kuznetsov Digitizing & Embroidery is not responsible for damage to customer-supplied garments or materials during embroidery. It is suggested that for every type of garment or item, to supply 1-2 extra to account for machine error. 8. Pickup & Delivery Customer will be notified when orders are ready. Items not picked up within 30 days may incur storage fees. 9. Use of Images With permission, Kuznetsov Digitizing & Embroidery may photograph completed work for portfolio or marketing use. 10.
