Terms and Conditions for Russian Rubahi Embroidery Orders- (Nov 2025)
- Materials and Design
Customers provide their own fabric and iron on materials (if iron on isn’t provided, an additional $2 charge per shirt will be assessed). Placement for embroidery is a standard 4 flowers/scrolls around the collar and 3 for the tie. Unless it is a baby (tie only) where there will be two flowers/scrolls. Accent color choices are standard Madeira thread unless provided or requested otherwise. - Drop-off and Packaging
All materials that are dropped off must be together in one clearly labeled bag with your name and contact information. Please ensure that each piece of fabric (and iron on) is accounted for before drop-off to avoid mix-ups. Kuznetsov Embroidery is not responsible for missing or unlabeled items - Payment
Payment is due in full upon completion of the order. Work will not be released until payment has been received. - Custom Work
Each Rubaha is custom-made. Once embroidery begins, design changes or cancellations cannot be accepted. - Quality and Care
Every effort is made to ensure high-quality work. Discounts will be applied (up to $6 (equivalent to approximately 1yrd. from fabric store)) if damage is caused by the machine and pieces need to get redone. We are not responsible for material that shows up with “flaws” or any damage not caused in house. - Ownership
All digitized designs created by Kuznetsov Embroidery remain the property of Kuznetsov Embroidery and cannot be resold or copied.
